Session options

Sessions are offered online by phone or video call.

60 minute session - £100

90 minute session - £140

You're welcome to choose the session length that feels right for you.

There's no expectation to book a particular format or commit to ongoing sessions.

Some people choose to attend regularly for a time, while others book occasionally when it feels helpful.

Format

All sessions take place online via phone or video call.

You can choose whichever format feels most comfortable for you, and there's no requirement to have your camera on.

I don't offer in-person sessions, text-based sessions, or support outside of booked appointments.

Booking & Payment

Sessions are arranged in advance and paid for at the time of booking.

Details for booking and payment will be provided once you're ready to arrange a session.

This approach helps keep the work clear, contained, and appropriately boundaried.

Availability & Pacing

There's no set frequency or expectation around how often you attend sessions.

Some people choose to book regularly for a period of time, while others prefer to come occasionally when they feel the need.

You're free to take things at your own pace.

This space isn't focused on maintaining momentum or pushing for progress, but on offering somewhere steady to speak and reflect when it feels helpful.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask for at least 48 hours notice.

Sessions cancelled with less notice may not be refundable.

A note on boundaries

Clear boundaries around booking, payment, and contact exist so that this work can remain ethical, grounded, and safe for both of us.
